Lynch & Co. was founded in 2009 during the Great Recession, a time when many Atlanta homeowners lost equity, couldn’t sell their properties, and turned to renting out their homes out of financial necessity. We stepped in to provide reliable property management when people needed it most. Over the years, we’ve evolved to specialize in supporting homeowners and investors facing real challenges—whether dealing with delinquent or non-paying tenants, navigating shifts in metro Atlanta rental rates, or managing properties when life changes take owners out of state, into new jobs, or into new family arrangements.

Our introductory rates start as low as 4%, or a simple flat fee for easy budgeting. Leasing fees are 1 month’s rent for new tenants or ½ month’s rent to take over existing leases.
